GameSheet Game Day Scoring Guide
Game Day Procedures
- All games will be scored on an iPad via GameSheet with the home team being responsible for having the iPad at the scorers table and scoring the game. Process is the same as a paper scoresheet.
- If there is a WiFi connection available in the rink the game MUST be scored live. If there is no WiFi connection, the game will still be scored on the iPad but the home team must upload the game to the website via the upload button in GameSheet within an hour of the completion of the game.
- As a general rule: Teams should never leave the rink without their copy of the scoresheet. In this case, it will be emailed to you and available immediately on your phone.
- All coaches must confirm their roster is correct prior to the beginning of the game. The responsibility is on each Head Coach to make sure they check with the scorer’s table during warm up to confirm their roster.
- The Head Coach and On Ice Officials must sign off on the scoresheet following the game before the game is locked. It is the responsibility of the Head Coach to check all scoring and penalties to confirm all is correct.
- The league will take care of scoring the games at all showcases and playoffs.
- We recommend each team bring their iPad to all their games, if possible.

Other Important in Season Procedures
- If there are any stat changes required during the season, the Head Coach, Team Manager, or GM can fill out the stat correction form to request those changes. Parents will not be allowed to fill out this form.
- If any roster changes need to be made during the season, the Head Coach, Team Manager, or GM will fill out the roster change form at least 3 hours prior to game time. The Head Coach must also check the GameSheet App prior to the next game to make sure the change has been made. If a coach makes a change on the app and the proper form has not been sent into the league, the team will be in danger of possible forfeiture.
